Services
Home Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of a home. It provides you with an expert opinion and professional report on the condition of the physical structure and various systems within the home. When the inspection is complete, we will inform you of any areas of concern that were discovered.
We will also inform you of all routine maintenance that should be performed, as well as answer any questions you may have. You will also receive a computer generated report which includes pictures allowing you to better understand the issues. The report will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection.
We provide a visual independent inspection to the potential buyer and an objective report on the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. The report includes but is not limited to the following items:

Heating - heating equipment, flues/chimneys, distribution systems
